I searched for a safe to fit my needs and found ACME Locksmith. Russ was my representative and went beyond what I expected from a sales rep. I was very impressed from the start with the eagerness to help and the way he handled my order. I had several pieces that went with the safe and he called and emailed with tracking information on each item and also again after they arrived to make sure it was in perfect condition. He displays professionaism and is a very courteous employee of ACME and I can also tell he likes the company he works for. He also strives to make his customers feel comfortable with their purchase and eager to assist. I would've given him 10 stars but only 5 were avaialble!

I bought a safe from Acme and they had it shipped to me in NJ after the company I originally ordered from turned out to be a sham. Acme stands out with service, communication and post delivery support. Their YouTube videos were very helpful in making my selection. Would recommend these guys all day long.

I had stopped by the office a few months ago to look at a brand of safe, Hollon, that I saw online but hadn’t seen in person. I had some questions and all of them were answered as the staff was very knowledgeable. Fast forward a few more months and I called the shop to ask about delivery to my area and getting the safe in the house. All questions were answered promptly. When I ordered the safe on line I got a call from the shop to confirm data and advise of all the next steps. Everyone was very helpful. They confirmed the safe was being shipped and we worked out a time to have it brought into the house. The safe was delivered on time and in great condition.
