AMSEC BFX6032 Gun Safe

AMSEC's latest gun safe line, the BFX series, includes the BFX6032, a mid-size gun safe. This safe is 59.25 inches tall, 30 inches wide, and 21 inches deep. The BFX6032 has a thick 1/2-inch solid steel door plate and an extra 1/4-inch hard plate between the lock and the door plate. The outside of the safe is two inches thick with layers of 11-gauge and 12-gauge steel, adding up to a 1/4-inch steel barrier.

This safe features a new gear-driven, active 4-way bolt system. The bolts lock the door on all four sides, and the 360-degree handle rotation allows for smooth operation. This design helps protect against sledgehammer and crowbar attacks.

The BFX6032 has a UL RSC1 Burglary Rating, meaning it can withstand a five-minute attack from a skilled safe cracker using common tools. This rating is based on the actual time tools are used on the safe, not just the clock time.

For fire protection, the BFX6032 is ETL 2-hour fire rated. It uses AMSEC's Drylight fire-resistant material, which is better than drywall, eliminating gaps and weak points. The safe also has dual door seals that expand up to 10X when exposed to heat to help keep out water and smoke damage.

You can choose from various paint options for the BFX6032, including four textured finishes that hide fingerprints and eight high gloss colors to make your safe look great in any room. There are also three hardware colors: Chrome, Brass, and Black Nickel.
